I have searched for poutines far and wide and my goodness is this one is special. I just tried the classic and everything was perfect - fries are crispy, curds are squeaky and plentiful, and the gravy is thick.
If I had to knock something, maybe I found the gravy a tad sweet and would've preferred more meatiness. Personal preference though, this place is 5 stars all the way.
